Is there a place you can think of that automatically calms you down?

It can be the beach, park or anywhere in nature that you can go to and think.

That can make you feel at peace, help you gather your thoughts and give you some clarity.

It can be a place that is somewhat hidden and quiet. It is special to you and can help you during the toughest times.

Many places in the earth exist that can help us center ourselves and help us get through the week.

Nature can be very healing. Find your happy place.
